The programme John put together despite our constant changes and paranoia combined with our multiple instructions, seem to hit the sweet spot with the team achieving our main goal of getting a better understanding of ourselves and how we can work better together.
The uniqueness of the venue took us far enough out of our comfort zone to quickly dissipate any inhibitions and so well done on managing that fine balance while still maintaining the dignity of those participating.
